Gwangju intends to grow as a city with stable infrastructure. For this, convenient public transportation systems including the Semi-Public Bus Management and Integrated Transfer System have been established and an integrated transportation network has been established to give an easy access to the whole nation as the key city in the southwest region.
In the coming years, Gwangju will continue developing into a metropolitan city for citizens to live conveniently through systemic city growth projects.
